The studio story
GRAVITY STUDIO was established with a clear ambition: to create an architectural practice capable of transforming bold ideas into exceptional projects, regardless of scale, complexity, or location.
Founded by architect Muhannad Albasha, the studio was built around a passion for innovative design, distinctive architectural expression, and the belief that every project deserves its own identity.
What began as a design-driven vision has developed into an international practice with a presence in Dubai and Ghana, working on architectural projects across multiple countries and sectors.
Today, GRAVITY STUDIO's portfolio includes private luxury villas, residential communities, high-rise developments, hospitality and resort destinations, commercial buildings, institutional architecture, and comprehensive mixed-use masterplans.
Our work extends across the United Arab Emirates, Ghana, Nigeria, India, Syria, and other international markets, reflecting our ability to approach architecture within different cultural, environmental, and urban contexts.
Alongside the design practice, Gravity Solutions Contracting L.L.C., based in Dubai, provides a complementary construction-focused business, strengthening the relationship between architectural vision and practical project delivery.

Muhannad Albasha
Founder & Principal Architect — GRAVITY STUDIO
Muhannad Albasha is a Syrian architect and entrepreneur, and the founder of GRAVITY STUDIO and Gravity Solutions Contracting L.L.C. in Dubai.
Driven by a passion for architecture, innovation, and contemporary design, he established GRAVITY STUDIO with the ambition of developing a distinctive international architectural practice.
His architectural approach emphasizes expressive forms, sophisticated material compositions, functional planning, and the creation of recognizable architectural identities.
Through his leadership, the studio has developed a diverse international portfolio spanning luxury residential architecture, hospitality developments, commercial destinations, and large-scale mixed-use projects.
His vision is to position GRAVITY STUDIO as an internationally recognized architectural practice known for creativity, design quality, and ambitious architectural thinking.
